01 / Choose your starting point
What should your site do?
01Business websites
Help people understand your business and take the next step.
For service businesses that need a first website or a clearer, more useful replacement.
- A homepage and the pages your business needs
- Clear service information and mobile layouts
- Contact forms or links to your booking system
We agree on the page count, content responsibilities, and features in your quote.
02Online stores
Give customers a clear path from product to purchase.
For businesses selling products online or improving an existing store.
- Product pages and collections
- Cart and checkout setup
- Shipping, payment, and order settings for your business
Catalog size, product entry, platform costs, and integrations are scoped before the build.
03Custom websites & web apps
Build around a process that needs more than standard pages.
For a customer portal, a dashboard, an integration, or a workflow with specific requirements.
- Discovery around users, data, and permissions
- Custom interfaces and agreed integrations
- A staged build with clear review points
We assess feasibility and agree on a first version before committing to the full build.
02 / Scope & pricing
A quote for
your actual project.
Website projects are quoted after we define the work.
Your written quote sets out the pages or features, timeline, feedback rounds, content responsibilities, and delivery details. Extra requests get a separate scope and price before I start them.
Domain, hosting, platform subscriptions, and paid services are identified separately. We'll also agree on account ownership, source and asset handover, and any licensing limits before work begins.
Ongoing maintenance is optional. If you want it, we'll define the work and price separately.
03 / How it works
Know what happens next.
Talk & scope
Discuss the goal, audience, budget, and content. Agree on a written plan.
Design
Review the structure and visual direction before the full build.
Build & review
I build the agreed pages and features. We review them together and check mobile layouts.
Launch & handover
After your approval, launch the site and hand over the agreed accounts and documentation.
04 / Your builder
You'll work with me.

I'm Jared. I build websites and AI agents for small businesses.
I handle the conversation, scope, design, and build. You have a direct line to the person making the decisions and doing the work.
If your project also involves a repetitive task, we can discuss whether a separate agent pilot is a fit.
05 / Questions
Before we talk.
Can you update my existing website?
We can start by reviewing it. The right approach depends on its platform, access, condition, and the changes you need.
Do I need the copy and photos ready?
Not for the first call. We'll agree on who supplies each piece of content and whether writing or asset sourcing belongs in the quote.
How long will the project take?
That depends on the scope, content, and integrations. Your quote includes a timeline and identifies what I need from you to keep it moving.
Will I be able to update it myself?
If self-editing matters, tell me on the call. We'll choose a suitable setup and include the agreed editing guidance in the handover.
What happens after launch?
Your quote defines the post-launch support period and handover. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
