Grok Bot pilot
One less job
on your list.
One AI agent. One clear task. I build it with you, watch how it works, and help you decide if it earns a place in your business.

01 / Who you'll work with
Hi, I'm Jared.

I build AI agents and websites for small businesses. I work solo, so you'll work directly with me.
The person on your first call is the person who scopes the task, builds the setup, and writes your review. I take on a small number of pilots at a time.
02 / The pilot
Start with a task
you can name.
A pilot puts one Grok Bot agent to work on one defined job in your business.
We choose something repetitive, agree on the result, and give it clear boundaries. You get to see whether it helps before deciding what comes next.
One possible starting pointGather public information into a daily reading list.
03 / Access & approval
Clear limits from day one.
Separate logins. Limited access.
The agent uses its own accounts with only the permissions its task needs. Your personal login stays yours.
Rules you can read and change.
Before it starts, we write down which actions it may take and which must wait for your approval.
Agreed routine steps, such as collecting public links and preparing a draft.
Spending money, sending a new customer message, deleting data, or taking an irreversible step.
04 / The process
A small trial.
A useful answer.
We agree on the trial length before work starts.
Define the job
Choose the task, the result we want, and what stays out of scope.
Build the setup
Connect its accounts and put access limits and written approval rules in place.
Run and watch
I check the agent's work during the agreed trial and address problems that appear.
Make the call
You get a written review with a recommendation: keep it, change it, or switch it off.
05 / Your control
You keep the keys.
You own the accounts and the data. You can stop the agent whenever you choose.
I hand over the setup notes and written rules. There is no required retainer to keep what you paid for.
Proof of work / Scripted demo
Agent demo: invoicing for a small creative agency
Turn inconsistent time exports into invoice drafts that a person can review.
Freelancers' project names do not always match, and timers can be left running. This demo uses made-up data to show how an agent can flag those problems and prepare the next step.
- Read time exportsStart with raw Toggl CSV files.
- Check the entriesMatch client and project names. Flag unusually long timers.
- Prepare draftsGroup hours by client and prepare an invoice spreadsheet for QuickBooks import.
- Wait for approvalA person reviews the drafts. The agent never sends them on its own.
Missing details stay visible.
In the scripted demo, one invoice is held for a missing PO number and another for a missing rate. Each hold includes a reason.
Messages stay in draft.
The demo also prepares a late-payment reminder in English and Spanish. Sending it requires a person's approval.
Demonstration only. No client outcomes or measured time savings are claimed. Real confidential financial records are outside the current beta pilot offer.

07 / A good fit, for now
Keep the first job non-confidential.
Grok Bot is in beta. These pilots are for work that does not involve sensitive information. Public research or a draft based on public material could be a starting point.
No medical records, legal files, payment card data, or other confidential material. We check the fit together on the call.
08 / Questions
Before you book.
Who owns the data and accounts?
You do. The accounts belong to your business, and you keep your data, setup notes, and written rules.
What happens after the warranty?
The build includes 30 days of bug fixes after delivery. After that, you can manage the setup yourself or choose optional support at $150 per month.
What if the review says switch it off?
We stop the agent and hand over the findings. The $2,500 build fee still applies, along with any provider charges for your plan. You do not have to buy support.
Do I have to pay for ongoing support?
No. Support is optional, and you can cancel it at any time. There is no required retainer.
Do I need technical experience?
No. Bring a task you want help with. I'll handle the setup and explain the decisions in plain language.
